Must have a minimum of 3 years plus experience supporting and training in Retail Pro V7 and V8 as well as development testing and high level implementation and role out experience with the Retail Pro Software.

Technical Sales and Service Representative

Location: Positions open across Canada

Skills Requirements: Current Retail Pro and RMS Software certifications as well as (4) years experience in the capacity of a certified Retail Pro technician. Qualities of a successful Technical Sales and Service Representative include being an able communicator, a great listener, honest, and interested in clients’ welfare as well as a very high technical apptitude.

Good organization skills are needed to complete necessary paperwork and internal communication with the staff is necessary to ensure that proper installation and training take place. Technical Sales and Service Representatives must maintain steady follow-up communication with our clients to ensure they are using their system successfully, to provide them with consumables and other products, and to get referrals.
